In Mindfulness  therapy, we will explore techniques and strategies to help gain understanding and manage your thoughts, emotions and feelings.

Our goal is to achieve relief from feelings of sadness, anxiety, confusion, fear, and/or distress.

With Mindfulness therapy, you will gain the tools needed to interrupt thought processes that trigger depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. Mindfulness is a door to liberation from pervasive thought patterns.
