We will focus on identifying negative thought patterns, and engaging mindfulness techniques and awareness regarding conscious thought  patterns to interrupt and reframe them.

CBT will help you create positive positive change through regrouping subconscious/conscious self-talk and thought patterns to promote well-being and being present. CBT has been proven to be a path towards lasting positive change to promote happiness and fulfillment.
